Poinsettias Euphorbia pulcherrima

Poinsettias are a perennial flowering shrub native to Mexico and are popularly known as the traditional Christmas plant. Their heights range from 9-12″ for a 4″ pot and 14-18″ for a 6″ pot. Poinsettias bear dark green, dentate leaves that measure approximately 3-6 inches in length. They do not produce flowers but rather big, bright colourful bracts (also known as modified leaves). These leaves are broad and vibrant ranging from red (shimmer/glitter), burgundy, pink, white and variegated. Poinsettias are available in 2.5″, 4″ and 6″ pots from mid-November through December.
