Not only does this mean that we need to provide a consistent supply of quality products with a strong focus on staging and seasonal colour, but that we also need to provide immediate responses to customer inquiries and timely deliveries of customer orders.
Over the past year, we have focused on changes to our infrastructure and to the identification and measurement of Key Performance Areas (KPA’s), with the objective of achieving an organizational design that is highly responsive to our customers’ day to day needs and that is continuously in tune with ongoing changes in the market.
